Where does the timber used in BRIQS come from?
All timber used to make BRIQS is sourced from waste shipping & transport pallets imported into Australia from overseas.
Can I use BRIQS in an indoor wood heater?
Absolutely, however be careful not to over fill heater on the first use.
BRIQS have a much higher calorific value (amount of stored energy) compared to conventional wood due to their low moisture content burn “hotter”.
Care should be taken when learning how to use your heater with BRIQS.
Can I store my boxes of BRIQS outside?
Yes and No. Treat your BRIQS like normal wood.
Store them preferably inside or if outside away from rain and moisture.
How long will one box of BRIQS last?
That depends on a range of factors:
are BRIQS being used as ambiance or to heat a room?
do you have an open fireplace or contained wood heater?
what is your air control set to?
how large is the space you are trying to heat?
